At FADROBE, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Here’s our policy for returns and exchanges:
Exchange Policy
• You can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The garment must be unworn.
• Security tags and labels must remain attached.
You can exchange your item for another size or even a different product altogether.
Additional Costs
• A nominal ₹200 one-way delivery charge applies to cover courier partner costs.
• If the replacement item is priced lower, the difference will be credited to your FADROBE Wallet.
• If the replacement item is priced higher, you will need to pay the balance.
Processing Time
• Exchanges typically take 7-8 working days to process, plus additional time for delivery based on your location.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Policy
If you opt to return an item, the amount will be credited back to your FADROBE Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
